Find the money your business
is quietly leaking.

You didn't start your business to spend every night on quotes, follow-ups, and paperwork. We build AI systems that do that work — for you, on your real tools — then we keep them running so you never babysit any of it. Want to learn to run it yourself? We'll build it with you instead.

Free 5-minute Scorecard → free 20-min call → the $497 Opsward Blueprint — a dollar figure on every leak and a ranked list of what to build, yours to keep either way.

It's 9pm. Dinner's done. And you're at the kitchen table writing estimates, chasing invoices, answering the same questions again — the second shift nobody pays you for. And while you're buried in it, the phone rings twice and goes to voicemail.

The part nobody tells you

Busywork costs you evenings.
But the leaks cost you money.

Every week, revenue slips out of a small business in ways the owner has stopped noticing. These are the four we find most — and the systems that plug them.

Leak № 1

The calls you can't answer

You're on a roof, in a showing, elbow-deep in a job. The call goes to voicemail — and most callers don't leave one. They just dial the next name on the list.

The patch: missed-call text-back — every missed call gets an instant, personal text before they call your competitor.
Leak № 2

The lead that waited too long

A web lead answered in five minutes is a different business than one answered tomorrow morning. Speed wins the job — and "when I get a chance" is how jobs vanish.

The patch: speed-to-lead system — every inquiry gets a real response in minutes, around the clock, in your voice.
Leak № 3

The follow-up that never happened

The quote you sent and never chased. The past customer who'd hire you again if anyone reminded them you exist. Follow-up is where money hides — and it's the first thing a busy owner drops.

The patch: follow-up engine — quotes chased, past customers re-warmed, nobody falls through the cracks.
Leak № 4

The paperwork second shift

Estimates, invoices, the same ten customer questions. Not lost revenue directly — but it's why the leaks above never get fixed. Your best hours go to your lowest-value work.

The patch: your admin, systemized — estimates in minutes, answers on autopilot, evenings returned.

First we find your leaks. Then we build the patches.

The process

No seminars. No strategy decks.
Working systems, one session at a time.

We find where your business is leaking time and money, and build the fix — for you, or alongside you if you'd rather learn it.

01

The Opsward Scorecard

Five minutes and a handful of honest questions about where your weeks actually go — the calls missed, the quotes unchased, the nights at the kitchen table. You get a score and a rough monthly number for what those gaps are costing you. Then a free twenty-minute call to walk through it. No obligation — if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

The Opsward Blueprint

An hour on your screen, going line by line through your operation. You leave with a written plan: every leak with a dollar figure on it, and a ranked list of exactly what to build first — and we fix at least one thing while we're in there. Yours to keep, whether we ever talk again or not.

The build

We quote the exact systems you pick off your Blueprint — no vague retainer, just a price for the work. Build for you is the usual path: we build it, hand it over working, and keep it running free for 30 days. Or build with you — same systems, built alongside your team so they can build the next one themselves.

What a first session actually looks like

Session one · a real kind of build

Take a contractor who can't answer his phone mid-job. In one hour, we build a missed-call text-back system: every call he can't take gets an instant text — "On a job right now — what do you need?" — with a way to book him on the spot. We test it live on his own phone before we hang up.

One recovered job typically covers the month. That's the kind of win we build first: small enough to finish in an hour, big enough to show up in the bank account.

Illustrative example. Results depend on your business and call volume — the Blueprint puts real numbers on every leak before you commit to a single build.
Why this is different

Not an agency. Not a course.
A local operator, showing receipts.

Built with you, runs without you

You're at the keyboard for every build, so you actually understand your own systems. Then we keep them running between sessions — you get the ownership without the babysitting.

You own everything

The systems, the files, the know-how. No platform lock-in, no subscription stack, nothing that breaks if we part ways.

Actually local

Not a national agency with a landing page for every town in America. Same roads, same weather, same diners. You'll see us again — which is exactly why the work has to hold up.

A scoreboard in dollars

Every session ends with a written record: what we built, the hours it saves, and what those hours are worth. You'll know exactly what you're paying for — because you can count it.

A simple path, no surprises

Start small. Go as far as the money takes you.

No contracts. No hourly billing. The Blueprint and the build are one-time — you only pay monthly if you want us to keep everything running. The tools your systems run on stay in your name, on your card, with nothing added on top.

Who's behind this

Built by an owner, for owners.

[PAUL PHOTO]

I'm Paul London. I run a small business in the Poconos — and a few years of late nights taught me the same thing you already know: the paperwork never stops on its own, and the phone doesn't ring twice.

So I built AI systems for my own operation — the follow-ups, the marketing, the admin — until my evenings belonged to me again and the leads stopped slipping. Opsward AI is me building those same systems with other local owners, side by side, in plain English.

On our first call, I won't show you a slide deck. I'll show you my screen.

Asked and answered

Fair questions.

What exactly do I get for the $497?

An hour together on your screen, then a written plan: every place your business is leaking money, with a dollar figure on each one, and a ranked list of what to fix first — plus at least one thing actually fixed while we're in there. It's yours to keep and act on: with us, with someone else, or on your own. And if you do continue, the $497 comes off your build. The Blueprint has to be worth it even if we never talk again — that's the bar.

What's the difference between the free Scorecard and the $497 Blueprint?

The Scorecard is a score — five minutes, tells you roughly where you stand and what the gaps are costing. The Blueprint is a plan — an hour on your screen, real numbers on your actual operation, and a ranked list of what to build. Different jobs. Plenty of people take the Scorecard and never go further, and that's fine.

Do you build it for me, or do I have to do it?

Your call. Build for you is the usual path — we do the work, you approve it, it lands running. Build with you costs less: we build the same system alongside you or your ops person, you do the setup work between sessions, and you walk away able to build the next one yourself. That one's a fixed number of sessions and it doesn't include the ongoing monitoring — you're running it from there.

Are there other costs on top of what you charge?

Yes, and you should hear it from me now rather than find it on a statement later. Your systems run on tools — an AI account, a phone number, sometimes an automation plan. Most owners land between $45 and $250 a month depending on how many calls you take and how many people need a login. Those go on your card, in your name. We don't mark them up and we don't take a cut — because the day you fire me, I want you to still have your phone number.

I'm not technical. Is this going to be over my head?

If you can send a text, you're qualified. You drive, I navigate, and we go at your pace. The owners who call themselves "not computer people" usually get the most back — because they were doing the most by hand.

Can't I just use ChatGPT myself?

You can — and most owners who try get something "fine, I guess" and quit a week later. The difference isn't the tool, it's the system around it: set up for your business, your voice, your workflow, with someone making sure it sticks. That's what we build together.

How fast do I actually see something?

Session one. A working system ships before we hang up on the very first call — that's the standard for every session after, too. Your hub doc tracks each build and what it's saving, so the value is never a feeling. It's a running tally.

What kinds of businesses does this work for?

Contractors, trades, real estate, restaurants, short-term rentals, law and accounting offices, retail — any owner drowning in repeatable work: quotes, follow-ups, scheduling, customer messages, paperwork. The Blueprint tells us whether there's enough to build on. If there isn't, I'll say so.

What about sensitive information — client files, medical, legal?

We design around your obligations from day one. Plenty of valuable systems never touch sensitive data — and anything that might gets guardrails first. You review everything before it's used in your business.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything we built, and we part friends. Month to month means I have to earn the renewal every four weeks — that's the point. And if the building's done but you want the systems watched, a Care retainer ($497/mo) does exactly that — no sessions, just everything humming.
